Prices are for the property per week, and includes a covered parking space, electricity, heating and water. A 50% non refundable deposit is required with booking, and a final payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

In addition, a security deposit of CHF300 will be required, which acts as a deposit against damage/theft. This will be refunded after your stay, or used in the event of any damage/breakage.

Please note Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the booking conditions.

Changeover day-Saturday: Check in 3pm, check out Saturday 10am.

Rentals are predominantly Saturday to Saturday in high season, however, please enquire should you wish to book an alternative duration.
